Adverse Event Reports (Health Data)

Using the pharmacovigilance form, you can report an adverse event or situation related to a medicinal product, medical device, or dietary supplement.
We are legally obligated (under EU and national legislation on medicinal product and medical device safety) to document, evaluate, and report your personal data for verification, investigation, and ensuring the safety of our products, if necessary, to the Federal Office for Safety in Health Care (BASG). Your report significantly contributes to assessing the safety profile of our products and ensures safe treatments.

Personal data processed include:

  • Information about the reporting individual: Name, medical qualification, and contact details.
  • Information about the affected patient: First name (initials) and last name (first three letters), Gender, Date of birth, Name of the medicinal product/medical device/dietary supplement, Purpose of use, Batch number, Date of occurrence, Outcome of the adverse reaction(s), and Description of the adverse reaction(s).

Health-related data are generally collected in anonymized form.
Data of the treating physician/pharmacist, including name and contact details, are also processed.

The legal basis for processing this data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR, meaning that the processing is required by law.

Applicant Data

You may apply for open positions listed on the Pharmaselect website.
You can submit your resume, relevant documents, and contact information to Pharmaselect.

Personal data provided during your application will be processed as necessary for conducting the recruitment process. This includes:

  • Basic data (e.g., name, date of birth, citizenship, and contact details),
  • Education, career, certificates, skills, and other relevant data,
  • Other data (e.g., driver’s license category, willingness to relocate or travel, salary expectations, etc.).
